yes you are right. shortly we will be fixed it.
We known that,
T/J = Tow/R = G*theta/L.
Answer polar modulus is J/R.
So for shafts, in which one is hollow, polar moment of inertia(J) cannot be same. So the same polar modulus can do the required task.
