WRONG....When u r reffering the resulting quotient second time....itnt it y = 11z + 6 which will be 17

Question:

A number when divided by 7 leaves a remainder 3 and the resulting quotient when divided by 11 leaves a remainder 6. If the same number when divided by 11 leaves a remainder p and the resulting quotient when divided by 7 leaves a remainder q. What is p + q?

so 17/7 q will be equal to 3...p+ q = 4
