bhai answer 1080 hona chahiye , 1/2 se kyu multiply kiya h ,

Question:

Base of a right pyramid is a square of area 324 sqm. If the volume of the pyramid is 1296 cu.m., then the area (in m2) of the slant surface is:

Options:
A) 360
B) 432
C) 540
D) 1080
Solution:
Ans: (c)

Height of pyramid = \(\cfrac{1296}{324}\times3=12\) mtr.

Slant height = \(\sqrt{12^2+9^2}=15\)     [\(\because\)Side of square = 18 m]

Area of slant surface  = \(4\times\cfrac{1}{2}18\times1515=540\) m2

correct answer......... multiplied by 1/2 because we are calculating the area of triangular faces.
