wrong answer and solution (Question: 273510.0 )

cp is calculated 645 then how come it became 647 in next line ?

Question:

A shopkeeper give discount of 10% on a book. If he give 14% discount then he find loss of Rs. 30 and total profit is Rs. 70. What is the cost price of book?
