Three friends P, Q, R, S are standing in a queue. There are eight persons between P and Q and twelve persons between Q and R. If there are seven persons ahead of P and twenty-eight persons behind R, what could be the minimum number of persons in the queue ?

In this question, position of Q not fixed we placed Q between P and R and q before P and R. Thus required answer is option (C).
