wrong ans (Question: 221803.0 )

answer should be 32.. as they have asked minimum...so we dont need to know all data .... answer can be calculated

Question:
Three friends P, Q, R, S are standing in a queue. There are eight persons between P and Q and twelve persons between Q and R. If there are seven persons ahead of P and twenty-eight persons behind R, what could be the minimum number of persons in the queue ?
Options:
A) 30
B) 32
C) Data Inadequate 
D) None of these
