ON=OM+1,not OM^2+1
Hence, ON^2=(OM+1)^2 ..nd not (OM^2+1)^2
final answer should be 6cm(OM=5cm)

Question:
AB = 12 cm, and CD = 10 cm are two parallel chords on the same side of the centre of a circle. The distance between them is 1 cm. The radius of the circle is –

B) 7.8 cm
C) 9.5 cm
D) 11.2 cm
