at the time of birth pucha hai to 5 members honge

Question:
The average age of a family of five persons is 20 years. If the youngest member is 8 years old then, what was the average age of the family at the birth time of the youngest member. 
Options:
A) 12 years 
B) 15 years
C) 18 years 
D) 16 years
Solution:

Sum of the age of family = 5 x 20 = 100 years

8 years before, sum of Ages = 100 - 8 x 5 = 60 years

Average age = \(\cfrac{Sum}{Total\ person}\)=  \(\cfrac{60}{4}\)=15 years

we do not count the new born.
so the given answer is correct.
