Why u considered 3 in even divisor?

Question:

Find the sum of even divisors of 96 and odd divisors of 3600.

Options:
A)

Solution:

Ans: (b)

96 = 25 × 31

Sum of even divisors = (21 + 22 + 23 + 24 + 25) (30 + 31) = 62 × 4 = 248

3600 = 24 × 52 × 32

Sum of odd divisors = (50 + 51 + 52) (30 + 31 + 32) = 13 × 31 = 403

Sum of two = 248 + 403 = 651

0dd mltiply with even is even so no matter what comes after even......we take full power of that but exclude the 2^0 as it is equal to 1 which is odd....
