why option c is not correct?d (Question: 278833.6 )

option c is also right. because she can congratulate anyone. why only 'me' is the answer

DIRECTIONS: In the following questions, sentence has been given in Direct/Indirect Speech. Out of the four alternatives suggested select the one which best expresses the same sentence in Indirect/Direct Speech.

Solution: (a) Exclamatory Sentence:

An Exclamatory sentence  which expresses some sudden feelings of mind as – Joy, sorrow, surprise, suspicion, hate, applause, wonder,…. etc.
