why option B (Question: 197499.0 )

how option B is correct ,3 should be replaced with 2. It mean no any option is correct.

Question:
After interchanging \(\div\) and =, 2 and 3 which one of the following statements becomes correct ?  
Options:
A) 15 = 2 \(\div\) 3  
B) 5 \(\div\) 15  = 2
C) 2 = 15 \(\div\) 3
D) 3 = 2 \(\div\) 15
Solution:
Ans: (b) 5 = 15 \(\div\) 3

5 = 5
