Question:
DIRECTIONS: Four alternatives are given for the Idiom/Phrase underlined in the sentence. Choose the alternative which best expresses the meaning of the Idiom/Phrase.
Do  you know who she is going to marry ?
Options:
A) who she is married?
B) whom she is going to marrying?
C) who is she going to marry?
D) No Improvement
Solution:

In formal writing, use "who" when the word is the subject of a verb and "whom" when it's the object. In this case, the person in question is the object of the verb "know", so it should be "Do you know whom she is going to marry?"

Thus, option B is correct.
