Why do you guys allow for retaking a test. (Question: 596846.0 )

Some guys(allegedly the topper) just finishes the whole test in mins and scores 194 marks. Please don't allow retaking the free tests. These tests must be the standard from which serious aspirants should be able to analyse their potential and their standing amongst all the aspirants.

B) 3 unit2
C) 12 unit2
