All answers are incorrect...Why are u doing this??????

Options:
A) Although she was 
B) tired yet she 
C) went to work.  
D) No Error 
Solution:
Ans: (b) One conjunction is enough to join two clauses, we do not normally use two conjunctions. So remove ‘yet’ from the sentence.
