we can do this by use unitary method---- (Question: 259932.0 )

if in 2.5 mins fill 5 litre water
so in i1 min = 5/2.5
and in 2 hr = (5*120)/2.5 = 240
no need to find no of buckets use unitary method

Question:

A water tank has three taps A, B and C. A fills four backets in 24 mins, B fills 8 buckets in 1 hour and C fills 2 buckets in 20 minutes. If all the taps are opened together a full tank is emptied in 2 hours. If a bucket can hold 5 litres of water, what is the capacity of the tank?

120 litre

B)

60 litre

C)

180 litre

D)

240 litre
