DIRECTIONS: Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below:


(i) A, B, C, D, X, Y and Z are different from the one another in height and thickness.

(ii) B is the thinnest and tallest among them.

(iii) D is smaller than C but not as small as X.

(iv) Y is thicker than X and the smallest among them,

(v) C and X are taller than Z but smaller than A.

(vi) Z is thicker than Y but not as thick as C.

(vii) C is third among them as thickness in descending order.

If according to thickness, which will come fourth from the last?

Options:
A) Z 
B) Y
C) D

Solution:

Ans (a) According to thickness, Z comes fourth from the last.


Ascending order in thickness

B < X < Y < Z < C < D or A 

Ascending order in height

Y < Z < X < D < C < A < B
