You have used "was" which defines the neighbour to be Singular where as you have used "their" which states plural form. Very confusing. Either use Neighbours or use singular verb

Question:

Directions: A sentence has been given in Active/Passive Voice. Out of the four alternatives suggested, select the one, which best expresses the same sentence in Passive/Active. 

Their dog bit our neighbour yesterday.

Our neighbour bit their dog yesterday.
