very bad , if free iska matlab ye nhi maje ke liye test bana do , kyu kisi ka dimag kharab kr rhe ho .............. very bad ........

Question:

P and Q works alternatively. If P starts, the works complete in 31 days, but if Q starts, the work complete in  31\(\frac{2}{3}\)  days. In how many days P alone can complete the work ?

A)

1534    days

B)

1535    days

C)

21 days

D)

15 days

if Q starts first, then required time 31 days, read carefully

see in this they are telling that if p start working then work will be completed in 31 days it means that p will work for 16 days and q will work for 15 days and let the efficiency of pand q will be P and Q respectively
therefore total unit of work will be 16P+15Q
Again if q will start working then work will be completed in 31 2/3 it means that q will work for 16 days and p will work for 47/3 days
therefore total unit of work will be 16Q+47/3 P
now u can solve both the question
