penetrate is a transitive verb...
how can we use preposition after that????

Solution:
Ans: (c) that can penetrate into the biological tissue.

Remove ‘into’ The verb ‘penetrate’ doesn’t take any preposition.

It should be " that can penetrate the biological tissue."
