If one company is guilty of the incident how can the licenses of all companies be cancelled.

While laying pipes first one of the utility companies a huge fire broke out due to damage done to the gas pipeline.

I. All the licences of the utility companies should immediately be suspended pending enquiry into the incidence.

II. People residing in the area should be advised to stay indoors to avoid burn injuries.

Solution:
Sol: (a) I is a right action. An enquiry must be made to find out the reason behind the accident and persons guilty should be given punishment. Action II is hyper reactive.

the licence of the utility company will be cancelled ..not the licence of all the companies will be cancelled.
