this ans can also be AM=CN (Question:128952.0)

since triangle AMD and CNB are congruent ....angle ADM=angle CBN side AD=BC and angle DAM=angle BCN then traingle AMD and CNB are congruent hence AM=NC clearly from CPCT thorem
