Please provide solution.
If you think 'the bad weather' should be used, then it is only used when you are already talking about a particular bad weather. For bad weather in general, 'the' is not used.
D should be the answer

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the following questions, some of the sentences have errors and some are correct. Find out which part of a sentence has an error and if there is no error then mark D.
Due to bad weather she (A)/cannot come (B)/to the office today. (C)/No error (D)
Options:
A) (A)
B) (B)
C) (C)
D) (D)
Solution:
Ans: (a) Replace 'due to' with 'owing to'. 'Due to' means 'caused by' and 'owing to' means 'because of' and it comes always at the beginning of sentence.
