From 1st column 1st element, rest element of that column has been made.
Do the operations of both the digits of 41 to get rest elements as follows:
4+1=5 (Do addition of both digits of 41 to get 2nd element)
4-1=3 (Do subtraction of both digits of 41 to get 3rd element)
4*1=4 (Divide both digits of 41 to get 4th element)
Do the same in rest column also.
From 2nd column 1st element, rest element of that column has been made.
From 3rd column 1st element, rest element of that column has been made.
