You morons, 30 tonnes per hectare is the AVERAGE PRODUCTION and not the total production. Ans should by around 1.6, and the nearest option to it is (a)

Study the table and answer the following questions


If the average production of rice was 30 tonnes per hect. in whole country, the total area used in production of rice was (about in hect.)
Options:
A) 1.5
B) 8
C) 13
D) 40
Solution:
Ans: (c)

Total Production of Rice

45+48+59+41+37+68+57+38=393 tonnes

Total Area used in Production of rice=393/30=13.1 hect.
