this is wrong if some is hard working is not intelligent then some intelligent is not hard working

Question:

In the following question below are given some statements followed by some conclusions. Taking the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts, read all the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusion logically follows the given statements.

Statements:

I. Some boys are hardworking.

II.No intelligent are boys.

Conclusions:

 I. Some hardworking are not intelligent.

II. All hardworking are intelligent.

III. Some intelligent are not hardworking

Options:
A) Only conclusion I follows
B) Only conclusion II and III follows
C) All conclusions follows
D) No conclusion follows
Solution:
Ans : (a)


From the diagram it is clear that some boys are Hardworking. So, these hardworking cannot be intelligent. So, only conclusion I follows.

Dear student,
Given answer is correct. there is no direct relation between hardworking and intelligent so we can't conclude some intelligent are not hardworking.
