Solution wrong (Question: 246408.0 )

In question it is given as 1600 is partly given at 5% and 8 % but in solution it is calculated for 1600 in both cases ...why?

Question:

A sum of Rs.1600 was lent partly at 5% and partly at 8% simple interest. The total interest received after 

4 years is Rs.384. The ratio of money lent at 5% to that at 8% is –

Options:
A) 1 : 2
B) 2 : 1
C) 3 : 1
