why are we multiplying with 5/10?

Question:
A train running at a speed of 84 km/hr passes a man walking in opposite direction at the speed of 6 km/hr in 4 seconds. What is the length of the train (in metre) ?
Options:
A) 150 
B) 120 
C) 100 
D) 90
Solution:
Ans: (c) Relative speed of train and man 

= (84 + 6) × \(\cfrac{5}{10}\) = 25m/s

Length of train =  25 × 4 = 100m
