why 36/360 has been done ..solution is not clear

Question:
DIRECTIONS: Following questions are based on the pie-chart given below:

Constituents of sun rays received in 1 min.

Total Sunrays received in 1 min. = 3600 unit

If the human body can withstand a maximum of 9720 unit of IR rays, when exposed to the sun continusouly, then what is the maximum time (in minutes) that any person could stand in the sun without crossing the threshold limit of IR rays?

Options:
A) 19
B) 23
C) 27
D) 29
Solution:
Ans: (c)

Amount of IR rays received in 1 min = \(\cfrac{36}{360}\times 36003600=360\)unit

Maximum tolerable limit of IR rays = 9720 unit

Hence, maximum time, one can be exposed to the sum

= \(\cfrac{9720}{360}\) = 27 minutes.
