solution is wrong and ans is also wrong (Question: 233227.0 )

Question:
A balloon leaves the earth at point A and rises at a uniform velocity. At the end of \(1\cfrac{1}{2}\) min. an observer situated at a distance of 200 m from A, finds the angular elevation of  the balloon to be 60º. Find the speed of the balloon
Options:
A) 3.87 m/sec.
B) 7.74 m/sec.
C) 3.78 m/sec.
D) 7.56 m/sec.

Soln is typographical error but answer seems right. If u take √3 =1.7 ans is 3.78 and if u take √3=1.732 then its 3.84
