Question:
Some boys are sitting in a row facing north. G is 7th on the left of A. V, who is 20th in the row from left, is 7th on the right of A. If K, who is third on the right of G, is 20th in the row from right, how many boys are there in the row ?
Options:
A) 30
B) 28
C) 26
D) Cannot be determined  
Solution:
Ans: (b)


Now, the total number of boys in the row

= position of K from left + position of K from right – 1

= 9 + 20 – 1 = 28 boys
