use options directly..else it will kill your precious time

Question:
If (P + Q) : \(\sqrt{PQ}\)  = 4 : 1 where P > Q > 0, then P : Q is –
Options:
A) \((2+\sqrt{3}):(2-\sqrt{3})\)
B) \((2-\sqrt{3}):(2+\sqrt{3})\)
C) \((3+\sqrt{2}):(3-\sqrt{2})\)
D) \((3-\sqrt{2}):(3+\sqrt{2})\)
