Assume alpha = 22.5 then, tan alpha=squareroot2 -1, tan 2alpha= 1, and tan 3alpha= Squareroot2 +1, then make the equation and check with options. It will come h=x/squareroot2 => h= x sin 2alpha

The angle of elevation of the top of a TV tower from three points A, B, C in a straight line through the foot of the tower are \(\alpha\), 2 \(\alpha\) and 3\(\alpha\) respectively. If AB = x, then the height of the tower is :
