upthrust on wood is more than its weight and that's why it floats in water..

Question:

On holding a piece of wood under water, the upthrust on it will be –

Options:
A) equal to the weight of the wood
B) less than weight of the wood 
C) more than weight of the wood
D) zero
Solution:
Ans:  According to the Archimedes Principle, on holding a  piece of wood under water, the upthrust on it will be less than weight of the wood.

Mr. Shaurya Bhatt, do you know about the meaning between "holding a peace of wood under water and "it floats in water"? I don't think so.
