in your 3rd step he is turning 135...

A started from a place and walked 15 km towards north, then turned 90° to his right and walked another 15 km. Then he turned 45º to his right and walked 12 kms and turned 135º to his left. What is his direction now?
Options:
A) North
B) South-East
C) East
D) South-West

Yes, same rotation has been taken. you may draw it again

Before turning 135 degree to his left, he was facing south-west direction. one quadrant measures 90 degree, so when he will trurn 135 degree to his left, first 45 degree will take him to south direction and then next 90 degree will take him to East direction. So, in total 135 degree rotation he will be facing eastward.
