The given answer is correct.
In first number , ten's place = 2^2 =4 , unit's place = 3^2 = 9
In second number , ten's place = 3^2 = 9 , unit's place = 5^2 = 25
Similarly we have to use squares of prime numbers for unit's and ten's place
