Regarding wrong answer mark in option (Question: 118429.0 )

we should be cognizant(a)/by the fact that every complaint(b)/is not a justified complaint.(c)

I have marked the right option (B) which is also right according to your solution but you have marked the option(C) whereas the error is in the option (B).............???????????
