Regarding preposition issue (Question: 187112.0 )

I think 'died from' should be right

Question:
Some of the sentences have errors and some have none. Find out which part of a sentence has error and blacken the oval corresponding to the appropriate letter (A, B, C).
Options:

I was shocked to hear

Solution:
Ans:(c) Change ‘of’ into ‘in’.
