Regarding part (b) of the sentence (Question: 110734.0 )

If Shyam is sub then "that he has" should be used in place of "that I have"

Solution:
Ans: (a) Shyam is telling 
The verb 'tell' is followed by an 'object' which is missing, Instead 'Shyam says, Shyam is saying or Shyam is telling me/others, should be used.
