but here 1994 does not cross the month of febuary so here

Question:
If, 1st January 1990 was Monday, what was the day on 1st January 1994?
Options:
A) Saturday
B) Sunday
C) Friday
D) Monday
Solution:
Ans: (a) Concept:

In an ordinary year, number of odd days is 1.

In a leap year, number of odd days are 2.

There are 3 ordinary and 1 leap year from 1st January, 1990 to 1st January, 1994.

So, total number of odd days are 5.

Monday + 5 odd days = Saturday
