8.45+ 4.9=13.35. Whereas, in solution it is given, 14.35.
Hence, ans. is also different.

In a village 35% of male population and 65% of female population are minor. Minors cannot vote. Number of female minor is two times to number of male minors. How much percentage of the population of village is voters?
