question regarding the correct answer (Question: 189975.0 )

With uncountable noun (knowledge) article 'A' and 'AN' are not apllied so why does the answer say that there is an error of using 'A' in sentence .

Question:
DIRECTIONS: Some part of the sentences have errors and some are correct. Find out which part of a sentence has an error.

Little knowledge is a dangerous thing. 

Options:
A) dangerous thing 
B) is a 
C) Little knowledge
D) No error
Solution:
Ans:(c) Add ‘A’ before ‘little’.

its a phrase so its always in fix form and "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing" will always as it is
