as for I think 'as part' should be written as 'as a part' instead of changing 'would' into 'will'.

Solution:
Write ‘will’ instead of ‘would’. Case of simple present tense.

I agree with you. Even I had marked B thinking that it should be 'as a part' and which is correct.
