dear sir
if foundation is not a noun and only adjective so you should keep it in "small letter" why have YOu make it "Foundation"?? most of us treated it as a proper noun

Question:

DIRECTIONS: Find the part of the sentence which is erroneous.

The soft Foundation soil beneath (a)/ the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy has (b)/ helped it stand through numerous strong earthquakes. (c)/  No error (d)
Options:
A) a
B) b
C) c
D) d
Solution:
Foundational is correct, as it is qualifying the word soil, so the word should be an adjective.
