Options:
A) 0
B) -4

Solution:

Ans: (c)


|A-2|2+|A-2|-2=0

Let |A-2|=x

x2+x-2=0

x=-2 or 1

Since the roots are real,

|A-2|=1

A=1 or 3

sum of the roots=1+3=4
