I gonna KD CMPS... ridiculous questions here

Question:

 Two people, A and B, need to cross a bridge. A can cross the bridge in 10 minutes and B can cross in 5 minutes. There is also a bicycle available and any person can cross the bridge in 1 minute with the bicycle. Then the shortest time that both men can get across the bridge is nearest to:

Options:
A)

 7.23 minutes

B)

 3.77 minutes

C)

 2.72 minutes

D)

 2.12 minutes

Solution:

suppose speed of A is 1 m/min and B = 2 m/minthen length of bridge = 10m and also speed of them with bicycle is 10 m/minFirst A will go by cycle and left it in the middle then he will go on foot and meanwhile B will catch the cycle and reach the other end of the bridge, they both will reach together.suppose A goes x m by cycleSo,  x10    +  10-x1     =  x2     +  10-x10   = total time=> x + 100 - 10x = 5x + 10 - x=> 13x = 90=> x = 90/13putting x = 90/13 in  x10    +  10-x1   =>  90130    +  10-90131   =>  90+1300-900130    => 49/13=> 3.769xxx => 3.77 min
