it asked which option is not correct but option A is the right answer then how A is correct option...?

Solution:

Ans: (d) All forms of water (oceans, rivers, lakes, glaciers, underground water, water vapour, etc.) available on the Earth are collectively called hydrosphere. Of the total amount of the Earth’s water, 97% is in the form of oceans and 3% is in the form of ice sheets, glaciers and underground water. Less than 1% portion is available as fresh water for human use.

isn't only 1% of fresh water available for human use is stated in the detail solution? then according to it D is not correct about the hydrosphere..right?
