i cant understand? pl help.

Question:
If P, Q and R distributed an amount of Rs. 568 among themselves. P gets \(\cfrac{36}{57}\) of what Q gets. Q gets \(\cfrac{57}{49}\)of what R gets. What is the amount that P and Q got together?
Options:
A) Rs. 372
B) Rs. 424
C) Rs. 340
D) Rs. 228
Solution:
Ans: (a) P = \(\cfrac{36}{57}\) Q; \(\cfrac{P}{Q}\)= \(\cfrac{36}{57}\) .

Q = \(\cfrac{57}{49}\) R; \(\cfrac{Q}{R}\)=\(\cfrac{57}{49}\)

P : Q : R = 36 : 57 : 49

Total amount of P and Q together =\(\cfrac{(36+57)}{(36+57+49)}\)   × 568 = \(\cfrac{93}{142}\) × 568 = 372
