work day is increasing not decreasing, u r making us fool

The cost of digging a pit was \(\unicode{x20B9} \)1347. How much it would have cost approx if he wages of work men per day had been increased by \(\cfrac{1}{8}\)th of the former wages and length of working day be increased by \(\cfrac{1}{20}\)th of the former period?

bro if they work daily for more time obviously working days will reduce due to earlier completiom of work
