i think there is any miscommunication either in answer or in question.

Question:

A Tiger walks in a forest to find his Den. From his starting point he walks 2km towards his right and then walks 5 km towards his left, again walks 5 km towards left and finally he walks towards left to half the distance to his first left turn. Now, how far is he from his starting point?

Approx 6 km

B)

Approx 5 km

C)

Approx 4 km

In triangle ∆ BAC 

AB2 = AC2 + BC2 

AB =  \(\sqrt[]{9+6.25}\) 

AB =  \(\sqrt[]{15.25}\)
