Solution:

The pattern followed here is,

Third row: 5 + 6 → 11, 6 + 7 → 13, 7 + 8 → 15,

Second row: 11 + 13 → 24, 13 + 15 → 18,

Similarly, first row: 24 + 28 → 52.

Hence, answer is 52.
